Fluorescence-based multiple melting analysis

FMMA, NanoHelix’s original technology, is designed to identify super-plexing targets in a single real-time PCR reaction. FMMA produces multi-target detections in a single fluorescence channel. More than 10 targets can be analyzed in a single reaction using a multiplex melting analysis.
