HelixAmp™ Ab+Taq 2x Premix is a 2x concentrated mixture of antibody-coupled Taq polymerase, a reaction buffer, and dNTPs. This pre-mixed formulation is designed to save time and reduce error and contamination opportunities. Carryover contaminated PCR products can be removed by applying the UDG system.
