HelixAmp™ Hot-Taq Polymerase, Glycerol-free is a lyophilization-compatible version of HelixAmp™ Hot-Taq Polymerase (Ver. 2.0), a chemically modified enzyme, and suitable for high-specificity hot-start PCR, real-time PCR and multiplex PCR. The separately available 10x reaction buffer contains pH-buffering agents, salts, Mg2+, and dNTPs.
